How LearnWithMe works
Your personal IELTS Academic practice studio. Every session is built around your target band, covers a real IELTS skill, and comes back with AI band-estimated feedback — so you practise the exam and see exactly where to improve.
Quick start
1
Set your bands
Enter your current estimated band for each skill and your overall target under Study Profile (Edit profile). This calibrates every session to your level.
2
Choose a skill
Pick Writing, Reading, or Listening from the tabs. Each has its own setup tuned to that paper.
3
Set up your session
Choose a topic, a focus area, and a difficulty (defaults to your band). Writing and Reading let you pick the task type or scope too.
4
Practise & submit
Complete the lesson. Reading and Listening are auto-marked against an answer key; Writing is AI-scored against the IELTS band descriptors with detailed feedback.
5
Track your progress
The Progress tab shows your estimated band per skill, the gap to your target, and your session history so you can revisit feedback.
The skills
Writing
Task 1 (describe a chart, process, or map) and Task 2 (an academic essay). Scored on task response, coherence, lexical resource, and grammar.
Reading
Academic passages with real IELTS question types — True/False/Not Given, matching, completion, and more. Practise one passage or a full three-passage test.
Listening
Four-section academic audio with IELTS question types. Practise a single section or all four. (Occasionally under maintenance while audio is upgraded.)
Mock Exam
A full timed exam drawing on the same material, under real IELTS conditions, where available.
How scoring & feedback works
- Reading & Listening are auto-marked against an answer key — instant results.
- Writing is AI-scored on the four IELTS criteria — Task Response, Coherence & Cohesion, Lexical Resource, and Grammatical Range & Accuracy — with an estimated band.
- Bands run from 4 to 9. Your practice updates your estimated band for each skill.
- There's a daily practice limit (shown under the Start button), shared across all skills.
Reading your progress
- The Progress tab tracks your estimated band per skill against your target band.
- Session history lists your past sessions so you can revisit feedback and re-read passages.
- Close the "to go" gap on your weakest skill first for the fastest overall-band gains.

Speaking — Part 1
Recording needs a recent Chrome or Edge on a secure (https) connection. Open this page there to practise speaking.
Answer out loud and get feedback on how you sound. This is practice on a single Part 1 answer — it is not an official IELTS band and not a predicted score.

That reached the time limit, so the recording stops there.

Got it — your answer is being reviewed. This can take a moment.
